Steve Ramsey's Basic Mobile Workbench

This is the first project that I completed from Steve Ramsey's course, The Weekend Woodworker. The BMW, serves as a work surface for multi-purpose use. The 'bench' is built with very basic storage on the bottom, and places on casters to make it easy to roll around in the shop.

Fishing Rod Rack - Solution for Safely Storing Fishing Poles

Fishing poles are like extra lumber, always in the way if you don't have a good place to store them. And that's not to mention that leaning them against the wall, or in the corner is just an invitation to damaging them. I came across this idea scrolling through Pinterest.

I took two 1x2 boards and cut them to the length I needed. Then I cut sown this PVC pipe to 3" sections. Then using my bandsaw, I cut out the notches that allows the fishing rods to enter and exit. I attached with drywall screws.

Now I have no worries at all that these will get broken. Why do I have so many anyway? ;-)

Trampoline Spring Pads - Cover Your Springs On The Cheap

This was a project that I saw on Pinterest. I just happened on these pool noodles marked down to clearance prices. While I don't remember the exact price for each one, I believe I bought $10 worth. I cut them to size with scissors, and there you go!
