Many will recognize this project from the Weekend Woodworker. If I were to sum this up, it's a lot of gluing, clamping and most of all sanding...lot's of sanding.
Why so much sanding you may ask? To make these joints look like this.
Here's a shot of the bench after construction, right before bathing it in red paint.
